Walk to the Bridge of Lions & Historic Downtown
Walk across the Bridge of Lions to downtown St. Augustine with amazing restaurants and attractions. A short walk to historic downtown, less than 1 mile to Castillo de San Marcos fort. Anastasia State Park Beach, the Alligator Farm and lighthouse are less than two miles away. Several restaurants and bars only a few blocks away. Whether going to the old fort or Flagler College, our home provides a great base for exploring an amazing part of Florida!
Property Features
Thanks for choosing us! Bring your flip flops and relax at our Bayfront Anastasia Island bungalow. Our home is 1400 sq ft and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths available to guests, with 1 king and 1 queen. There is waterfront deck out back to enjoy your morning coffee or iced tea in the afternoon. It is not guaranteed, but you may see dolphins swimming right behind the house! We provide WiFi and one smart TV in the living room. The main living areas have been recently updated with a fun coastal vibe in mind!
Excellent Location
The property is located directly across the water from downtown, historic St. Augustine. Close attractions include The Amp, The Surf Station, The Alligator Farm, The St. Augustine Lighthouse, Anastasia State Park, The St. Augustine Distillery, Flagler College, Lightner Museum and The Castillo de San Marcos Fort.
Historic St. Augustine is approximately a two minute drive. It is actually easier to walk over the Bridge of Lions if you're up for an adventure (depending on weather). Please keep in mind there is very little parking in downtown so Uber or Lyft may fit your needs better. Metered parking is strictly enforced. The parking garage is also convenient.

Access Details
Guests will have access to two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living room and dining area. Housekeeping room will be locked. Laundry room has brand new front loader washer and dryer, but the room itself hasn't been renovated yet. The garage will not be accessible to guests.

NO PARTIES or EVENTS, NO SMOKING, NO PETS Only approved guests will be on property. Gatherings of approved guests permitted. Guests must sign rental agreement and submit a government issued photo ID for each guest 18 and older prior to rental approval. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS NO OUTSIDE NOISE AFTER 10PM
